Hi, I have subscribed for a premium app subscription and there are alot of bugs and the services promised that aren't working properly. And wake of this dawn i realized i lost my subscription paid for. The support says they have a problem and they might deal with it soon(No HOPE). Can i sue them for this ?

Sorry, this forum is for US law matters only. Having said that, I'd be willing to bet that the terms of service for the site likely would not allow you to get a refund in this sort of instance...which means that you have nothing to sue for.

The service will almost assuredly have some terms of service where your rights to sue would be described. Often there is a mandatory arbitration and/or a very inconvient choice of law clause that will force you to sue near where the company's headquarters is.

How much are you out?
