What is the name of your state? New Jersey

Ok here is my problem:

I work for an online auto parts website.. Placing orders and helping customers with orders....
Today I was "let go" because I sold a part for $2.24 that was supposed to be listed at $3,200.. They told me that I had edited the price (which I can do if I choose to do so) and that they looked all in the computers databases and they couldn't find it coming up as that price.. But yet when I got home I went into the live online help and had a guy make me a quote from that part number.. And when I opened the quote guess how much the price was.. $2.24.. They said that they would notify the police and have charges filed against me, Ummmm... What do I do? And anyway I was just wondering if I could possibly sue them? Here would be a couple grounds I can think of, I don't know if they would actually work tho, but you decide...

a.) Internet Fraud
b.) False Advertisement
c.) Wrongful Termination
d.) Defamation of Character

Do they have a log showing that is was you who actually changed the price?

They just haven't fixed it yet. You should purchase 50 units of the item and see if they send it to you... Just kidding...

They said that they would notify the police and have charges filed against me.
What kind of charges? Criminal - You haven't violated a criminal statute. Civil - Possibly, but very unlikely.

And anyway I was just wondering if I could possibly sue them?

a.) NO - You were not defrauded.
b.) NO - How does that harm you?
c.) NO - You sold the part for $2.24. They could claim that you should have known better.
d.) NO

the price was never changed.. and no they dont.. and they customer never received the parts.. I have no idea, they just said expect the cops...

And on the list of reasons I was thinking about internet fraud because if I place an order myself and they dont ship it out to me.. isnt that considered fraud or false advertisement?
