I'm so confused :(

OK, So I wanna post this here for advice......
I am 16 years old and live in England...I am basically hated on this Forum (not this one) just cos I started on this 21 year old WOMAN because she runs a music stealing site...
Basically, she said she was gonna sue me for harassment cos I started a thread about her website stealing music which it is!
(her FAQ says:
Question: Do you download music off sites such as limewire and use it here?
Answer: No. All of the songs you see here where ripped off CDs we have purchased. We do not condone illegal downloading of any kind)
Now, I fell out with this other girl and posted a few comments on her site saying nobody talks to me the way she did and gets away with it..Cos she bullied me outta this Forum!
Next thing I know she says she is going to the police and gonna sue me for leaving horrible comments...
Even though she started a thread about me saying I am ugly and she seen photos of me and it made her laugh cos it's so bad and stuff...
So, she is stealing music, I picked up on it and reported it on a forum designed for reporting stealing....which she happens to be a member of (hypocritical much?)

So to sum up......
I called her names and was rude to her yes! then she called me names and was horrible to me BACK....
I reported her using her name for stealing which she is, but the forum is designed to report stealer sites.....
She reported me for using her name and said she will sue me for name defamation.....
It's everyone being rude to everyone and yeah so I left a few spam nasty comments on her site....Only cos she blocked me from the forum so I couldnt leave the responses there!

This is such a wierd case...My question is...
Will her lawyer take this case on?
Will she have a case against me?
Even though everything I have done she has responded to =/

Ignore her.
If she had sufficient assets to pursue a VERY expensive case (both in its initial claim and considering the international aspect), she would have already.
99% if these threats of defamation action never get to the lawyer stage.

If she has the almighty dollar to pursue the issue, and if she has sufficient proof to pursue an action. Then YES! A case could be made against you... These cases can be like a BAD DREAM, especially for the defendant!!

It sounds like everything that went back and forth between you on most of the forums is fine. The big question is exactly what you wrote on the site that was about stealing.

This is your interpretation of her activities. Are you positive she is stealing as the law defines stealing in this situation?

We can’t tell you this unless we know exactly what you reported and whether the report is true.

As already mentioned, it would cost her $$$$ to sue you and unless you are rich or insured, she won’t even recover her expenses. That usually discourages most plaintiffs from following through with a defamation suit.
