What is the name of your state? WA

This family is threatening to sue me, to get the money($50) back that their daughter spent on the date that SHE asked me to.

I'm not sure what to do, and I just want this thing to be over with. Does her family have a case against me?

A few weeks ago I posted a thread on the same situation but then they planned on sueing me for slander/sexual harassment. (I used the advice to get them off my back, thanks seniorjudge)
Here's the link:

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Wow, I bet you don't go boinking any other 15 year old CHILDREN after this. What is wrong with you? Can't you find someone your own age? Do you not know how to form the words, "No, you're too young," with your mouth? I wouldn't have been caught dead with a 15 year old kid at 18. I would've been laughed right out of my circle of friends.

So, when are the parents going to go to the cops about the statutory rape? Because really, 50.00 is small potatoes compared to a lifetime on the sex offender registry.

Before you speak you should be aware that what he did was NOT statutory rape per Washington statutes. It may be in bad taste but it was NOT a crime.
§ 9A.44.076 Rape of Child in Second Degree Any person who engages in sexual intercourse with any person at least 14 but less than 16 years old and where defendant is at least 48 months older than victim. (Class C Felony).
If he is 18 and she is 15 then there is less than 48 months. Doesn't qualify. So the parents don't have a case for statutory rape.
Nor is it child molestation:
§ 9A.44.083 Child Molestation in Third Degree Any person who engages in sexual contact with any person at least 14 but less than 16 years old and where defendant is at least 48 months older than victim. (Class C Felony).
