I have this situation. I rented my property to a women who just moved to another state and let her under age child and other people move in. The child is the only person listed on the contract. How can I evict them all.

I can't serve the child because she is under age.
I have never meet any of the other people.

DO I SERVE THE WOMEN IN ARIZONA?

Please advise.

Thanks Very Much

Probably not...you want possession of the property and a judgement against her.

File eviction paperwork with everyone's name that you know including one who moved. Get court date and then send tenant/woman in AZ a copy regular mail with no return address.

She will get notice from residents or via your letter and she won't know if copy of paperwork came from you or the court.

If you can, ask court clerks, put her SS# on the summons (assuming your home is in CA) and that way, your judgement will get recorded against her credit report - just eliminates a few steps at the end.

Good luck.
