I got assylum in 1995 and filed for permanent resident in 1996 but have not get greencard yet.I got two misdemeanors for fighting since 1996.Is this the reason immigration not sending me greencard. If any body know that immigration can deny my application for misdemeanor crime.

It depends what kind of "misdemeanor" you were convicted of and if it still remains a "misdemeanor" for federal (spell, immigration) purposes. Usually, as long as the max. possible punishment for the crime (no matter what you actually got) is not more than 364 days or (better, yet) less, you should be fine!
