What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I came to the USA 1974. I am still a green card holder. I worked for Berkeley Unified School District for 27 years and I am now retired from there. I am 65 years old.
I was petitioned by my father as single to come to USA after my wife left me for another man. During my visa interview, I told the truth that I was married and my wife left me and i did not know her whereabout at the time. My visa was approved and came to the USA. I am now married and have a daughter who is now 16 years old.
Someone reported that I falsified my immigration document when I came to USA in 1974 which is false. This someone reported this just recently, this month of October 2009. My dad who petiton for me was an american citizen. My sister who also petition for me is an american citizen at the time both of them petitioned for me.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
