sir,
i am here on a visit (portuguese national),and getting
married to a green card holder(divorcee),i just want to
know the process,will i be able to stay in the u.s. right now,if not what are the required procedures. thank-you

You should retain an Immigration Attorney to review his visa to ensure that he is in a position to petition for you to remain in the US. If all is ok, then between the both of you, you file I-130, I-485, I-864 & I-765 with the INS.
