i am a u.s citizen. and my spouse is canadian. we have been married for 9 years. we got married in canada, but we want to both live in the u.s. can someone help me with the process i must go through. i live in michigan.

If she lives in the US, then what have you already done with regards to the visa?

You should have filed an I-130 & I-485 to adjust her status or bring her into the US.
