It was obviously a fake... the envelope was hand-written, and the letter was printed out on regular computer paper.
There was no threat of legal action, it was just a "shame on you" letter, accusing me of having something of his, which I do not.
Just today I recieved another letter from him, signing the same name. He quoted a case number and called it a court order. This one was also obviously a fake.
He signed the name of a real judge in Lincoln County and has sent letters under the judge's name to at least one other person
He made three references to himself (gave his own name). I kept both letters. I guess all I have to prove that it was actually him, besides the fact that he's the only person with a motive, would be the handwriting, which, I'm guessing won't do much good.
