Six months ago a property management company was terminated and are being sued. Approximately 30 days ago one of their representatives rented a unit to a family and gave them a phony telephone number. Since the amount of the rent is the same as the owner would have charged and the family has a toddler (barely); I would like to recommend to the owner to honor the illegal rental and add those initial funds to a new lawsuit against the terminated property management company.
