What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana

I was pulled over on the road because the officer said I was swerving on the road. He asked if I was drinking anything, I said no. He said that I smelled something. There was no accident, breathalyzer, or sobriety test. He wrote a ticket for improper lane usage and asked if i was able to drive back home, I said yes. He told me to call the number on the ticket about the fine, then I drove back home. I am wondering how severe a charge is this. Also, could he add another charge on me.
