I Live in MD, on April 17, 2001 I had a contract (signed and dated) for a loan with an individual in the amount of $1400.00, (that I loaned to her). The contract states that she would begin making payments back to me in the amount of $500.00 monthly, or a lump sum of $1400.00. Unfortunatly I was unable to loan this person the full amount of this contract, (because after loaning her some of the money their attitude changed, they acted as if I owed them this money, and began threatining me, all I was just trying to do is be helpful). So anyway I recently mailed this person a revised original copy of the contract (signed and dated by me the new amount is $1285.00.)

I have all of my credit card reciepts for the bills that I have paid on this persons behalf.

1) Do I have to wait the entire 90 days before I can take this person to court for my loan.??????

2) Do I need to do anything else..Oh also the payments were supposed to begin may 17th 2001, and I have not heard a peep from this person

Thanks for your response!!
