I was in a restaurant inside a Best Western Hotel in Oklahoma a few months ago and they were filming something but I didn't ask what, well I just saw a commercial for that Restaurant and I was in it. Is it legal for them to be showing that on Television without my consent? Can I sue them for putting me in their commercial without my consent?
