That's the second word today that a Googlre search's only even close to relevent result was the post here with the word.

I tried using the google speech recognition on various attempts to pronounce that and the only one that made any sense was AMENDMENTS.
Giving that we are in the plea bargain forum, the plea bargain isn't official until the judge agrees to it. Either party is free to withdraw it up to that time. In Federal court, there's no real bind plea agreement anyhow. The Defense and Prosecutor can agree to whatever they want, but it it is not binding on the judge who can throw out the negotiated sentence and come up with his own.
