What is the name of your state? FL

I am currently in a discrepancy with a bank. The trust arrangement that was created I believe is null and void and i am taking the bank to court to contest it.The opposing party makes me out to be a crackpot, for I am doing all the litigation pro se. They insult my intelligence when in fact I have a Ph.D from Harvard. My question is, if the opposiing party makes me out to be insane and a crackpot in the court, without documentation such as a psych evaluation etc, and there is no gag order in the trial, can this be considered slander or even libel from the court proceedings? I thought it might because i'm not being charged with anything, i am simply trying to settle the family estate, and my mental health is not an issue in this court of law.

Sorry, no.

As an aside, there are plenty of people with advanced degrees who are looney tunes. (Several of which who even post on this board!)
