In Forclosure, need some answers

What is the name of your state? Iowa

I am in forclosure on my home. It has been to the courts. Notice says sheriff sale in approx 60 days. Wife and I finalized chapt 7 in July 1999. Can we file ch 13 and then transfer it to a ch 7 next summer? When is the 8 yrs between filings counted, at start of last filing, or when discharge is final?

It is 8 years between filing dates for a Chapyer 7.
See a lawyer and get all of your options explained. Peoblem you'll have is, you will probably need to get any mortgage arreage caught up before you can convert to a 7.
