I am suing my former employer for wages and tips due after termination through no fault of my own, federal and state taxes not paid in 2000, federal and state taxes not paid in 1999 plus penalties and interest, all monies spent for letters/postage and manhours resolving this matter and $1,000 for hardship (that is the problems presented to me because of his mismanagement of payroll funds and their reporting). Am I missing anything that I can sue for? And in Georgia, is the cap in small claims court $5000 or $15000? Thanks a whole lot - I need this ASAP!
