What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

A credit card company is suing me for $2000, for a debt that is 6 years old. They initially filed the suit one year ago. The case has not gone to trial. I filed a motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute. It was denied and no reason was given. I filed a motion to reconsider. It has not been ruled upon.

This morning we had our pretrial conference. The judge would like us to use mediators. I was wondering, in mediation, can I still file a motion to dismiss and/or a motion for summary judgement?
