What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? VA

I have a 19 yr old daughter, a friend of hers from school is 2 years older and married with a one yr old child. She recently left her husband and couldn't go to her parents house (her sister is already there recouperating from and accident). So I let her stay here until her place was ready for her to move into. I also have 2, 17 year old sons. While she was living here, she slept with one of my sons. After she left, she called my daughter to tell her that she was pregnant and it was my sons. She has since gotten back together with her husband. Now she wants to forget about it and just say that it is her husbands child. She said she could always sneak a DNA sample of her husband while he is asleep. She lived her for the better part of 3 months. My son says that if it is his child, he wants custody or at least joint custody. We are willing to support our son no matter what the outcome is. I tried to talk to her and she hung up on me, then the next day her husband called and told us that we were to leave his family alone or else. I know it is against the law to make a treat over the phone. What I really need to know is where do I stand in this and where does my son stand. We want to do the right thing. I don't want her to be able to come back on him in 10 yrs or so and say that it is his child and demand back child support. I have since found out that she has tried to commit suicide before and been in and out of a mental health facility. I also know that she gave my son alcohol, he was helping her move some stuff into her place. Any help would be appreciated. Carl I really trust your opinions

You have no rights whatsoever. Once the child is born, your son can file a paternity suit. Her husband can contest it.

If your son wants to be declared the kid's daddy, have the son go get a full time job, hire a lawyer, and sue for parental rights. Have him start paying into a separate account now to cover birth expenses, etc.
