CALIFORNIA,

I was part of a layoff at my company in January. The selection
process was made by a mid level manager that I knew was biased
against me. I want to write a letter to 18 of my former co-workers indicating
how I feel about this and how I was picked out for not being one of the
boys on the golf course. My work history and reputation at my
former employer was flawless, but the mid level manager had it in
for and selected me to be laid off for personal interests and not business ones.

How can I write a letter stating my opinions and not be held for libel ?
I am not planning on using his name as it will be obvious who I am referring to,
or signing it as it will also be obvious who it came from.

Thanks
