Petitioner is incarcerated in Palestine, tx for over 15 years. He has petitioned 3 attempts and each time dismissed.

Respondent has been homeless in Massachusetts since 2014 and not accessible to contact to notify.
Respondent was the petetioner’s power of attorney at the time of marriage and did not tell the petitioner of her intent to have them married. She was profiting off of his high profile case and even tried suing companies and was found to have fraudently attempted to make it appear she had grounds to sue the television company.

How can the Petitioner successfully get married?

If this situation is real, it is totally and completely beyond the scope of an internet forum.

It's also totally and completely incomprehensible.

What does a prison term have to do with a television company and getting married?

The Petitioner's one-true-love (I'll call her "Donna" henceforth) can pay the retainer for a divorce lawyer for the Petitioner (henceforth "Pet").

Pet's divorce lawyer can take things from there, including properly serving Pet's lawful wife with divorce papers.

In this process, Donna gets the joy of supporting her one true love, Pet, by making sure the legal bills are paid. However, paying the legal bills is the extent of help that Donna can offer in this legal issue.

Once Pet's divorce is fianlized, Pet will be free to marry again... But first he will have to dump that pushover, Donna.
