What is the name of your state? Texas

Can I change my current tax withholdings after I have filed for bankruptcy? Is that considered a change of income since I would actually bring more home?

Ask your lawyer. Personally, I wouldn't until after the 341 meeting.
It may be OK if your expenses have risen as well.
