What is the name of your state? Ohio

I recently purchased a vehicle from a used car dealership, a few days later i recieved a call and they stated that they charged the wrong tax, upon my inspection i noticed they charged the wrong county's sales tax and will be 1 percent higher, i also noticed that they taxed my documents fee which i believe cant be done. they want me to return and sign a new contract if i dont agree with the new contract (eg. monthly payment) does this make both contract null or am i still responsible whether i like the contracts or not. what i would like to do is give them back the vehicle and be released from both contracts to provea point to them, i also found out from the attorney generals office that this dealership had been fined over $300,000 for misrepresentation on the day i purchased this vehicle. any help or insight would be appriciated.

thank you,
