District attorneys have discretion in filing charges. The issue comes down to what relevant evidence the prosecutors have to support the allegations of the crimes you're charged with. Whether you're innocent or guilty will ultimately be determined by a jury, and the burden of proof is on the prosecutors, not you. If the prosecutors can't proove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, you walk. What YOU need to do is contact a lawyer to plan and execute your defense, if you haven't already taken that step. Keep in mind though, that your defense will require more than mere protestations of innocence. You do not have to prove your innocence, but you, through your lawyer, may well have to show a jury in what way the police and/or prosecutors have erred legally or procedurally. Don't go this alone. A defendant who attempts to act as his own lawyer generally has a fool for a client. Good luck.
This is general, NOT legal advice. I am NOT a lawyer. You are NOT my client.
