What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mississippi

Yesterday, I ordered (2 ea.) carseats from Target online and they sent me a confirmation e-mail with the total price, order number estimated shipping and delivery dates and so forth. Today I recieved an e-mail that they are canceling my order because the item was incorrectly priced. They quoted their website stating "Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our site are occasionally mis-priced. We do, however, verify prices as part of our shipping procedures. If we discover that an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. This pricing policy is posted in the Help sectionon Target.com." I reviewed my order acknowledgement e-mail and no-where is there a reference to the policy or a posted disclaimer stating the sales are pending review. Since I have an order summary do they have to honor it?

We cannot confirm the price of an item until your order enters the shipping process nor will we charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. If there is a local target in your area, go into them with your order summary and see if they will honor it. They may do it as part of a customer service initiative or contact your local general manager if you are really upset by this.
