Are you removing clothing items after they are in your house, or are you without important clothing when you answer the door, or do these people enter your home without your knowledge and consent?

Already nude because that just the way I stay wile in my home ... But when answering the door only my head is showing so that any passerbys in public can see more then they want .... For example landlord sends you a text that they and/or a maintenance worker will enter home on xx/xx/xxxx between x:xxAM - x:xxPM .... but I myself only gave consent thru a signed lease at move in for them to be able to when giving 48 hours notice... Now also if already nude when they enter do I have to then get dresses wile exercising my right to live and reasonable privacy?

You would not be charged with indecent exposure - because the indecent exposure must be in a public place for the charge - but I suppose there might be another charge that could come from remaining naked when you know you will have visitors.

If you want to be naked, I suggest you warn your prospective visitors that you will be naked - so they can choose to stay away or so they can be prepared for the sight.

The proper thing for you to do under the circumstance you describe is to put on clothes.

If you can't understand why it's not proper to simply open up your door to, and invite unsuspecting strangers in while you are nude, then you need more help than an internet forum can provide.

Yeah you're definitely not a lawyer or anything close to it ...... Nor do you care about MY RIGHTS !!!!guess this is what you get for free ....

Noonne said anything about inviting anyone in .... if it was up to me then they wouldn't be entering the home at all.... But by law writing into my lease they have the right to when giving 48 hrs notice even if I say no ..... My issue is that no where in my lease said that I have to be covered..... This is not a matter of anything needing to be fixed in the home .... Just to walk thru and disrupt my peace and quiet..... Witch I have all rights to have ...

To paraphrase: Your rights end when they begin to infringe on the rights of others.
Can understand it if this takes place in a public setting but this is where I pay bills and post to fee safe and secure..... So not that right is being stepped on because of what you or they think is "the right thing to do "? Please..... Tell the "proper" story to the KKK that protesting in front of the NCAA building to stop because"it's the proper thing to do "
