I live in arizona: during a world series game I was charged with mooning someone (and got charged with indecent exposure). I have pleaded not guilty. and awaiting a pretrial arraignment. AZ law requires that someone see "anus" which in no way could have occured.
1. What should I plea bargin down to if I admit guilt
Note: In general in this court when indecent exposure occurs one may plea bargin down to disorderly conduct and 6 months probation which I believe is too harsh and would rather go to trial
