What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Florida, but do business in all states.

I am researching a new business, which would be dealing with photos. These are family photos collected over the years from various people - including professional photographs. I would like to duplicate them as part of my services. I understand a copyright exists from whoever snapped the picture. I will have my customers sign an agreement that they own the copyright. I am sure there will be some who will not own the copyright. I have an indemnification paragraph in my contract that they agree to indemnify my company of all responsibility for duplicating a copyright work. My question is: does this remove my legal obligation in this matter?
