Independent Contract/Non-disclosure HELP

Please help. I need to know if an indepedent contract and non disclosure is valid if both parties do not have signed copies. In otherwords, I signed mine and sent it to the corporate office. There were places on the contract for them to sign as well. I have never received a copy of the contract with their signatures on it as well. The contract is goverened by the state of OH yet I do not live in that state. Please email me at [email protected] This is urgent. Thank you.

Depends. If it is something you are asking them to do, if they didn't sign, you have to look outside of the agreement. If it is something they are asking you to abide by: sorry, you signed.
