What is the name of your state?

I was hired as an independent contractor, to drive and delivery food, but it's just as if I were an employee.

Can they force me to follow a schedule and to wear the uniform if I'm an independent contractor?

Can anyone help us? There's a lot of us.

I believe there are specific criteria that must be met in order to be considered an Independant Contractor. That is a matter of law that someone else may be better able to help you with.
