I have a question concerning my independent "newspaper." I want to distribute my paper at school but I know there are some laws against distributing materials on school property. My paper contains no offensive material other than a few articles concerning the government and politics. There are no offensive photographs, and no offensive language. This paper is purely the thoughts and ideas of students in my school that don't have the pleasure of writing in the actual school's paper. Will legalities become an issue in this case or are our freedom of speech rights part of this?

Thanks in advance, Ronnie Davis

P.s. Anyone who wants a copy of the paper, its a good read and has lots of contraversial issues. If you'd like to read it please email me at [email protected]

Thanks again!
