What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

Once again I am fighting with the Kosciusko County (Warsaw, IN.) child support office to get them to enforce the child support & medical order.

I was told that the state of Indiana has a minimum child support order of $25/ week per child. That even if the payee is in jail and has no income, the court cannot lower it below $25. I've also been told that if the payee is in jail that the judge can lower it to $0.

My question is, does Indiana have a minimum CS law?
2nd question, can the judge order the ammount be reduced to $18 per week per child (2 children) for a working NC parent?

If the question starts with "Can a judge...", the answer is usually "Yes".
