indiana/based on [out -of- state] visitations
the ncp is to come to childs state for the visits on certain dates//and he has missed repeatedly,month after month,ALSO he was granted to take child to his state for a week,once in november and august,and that is the ones he shows up for just to take the child to his state,my question is>.how can i ask the judge to look at this for [all] visits to be in childs state,not just exercise his visits in his state 2x's a year,is not continous,ongoing relationship with a 3 year old????
