indiana/my paper says the ncp is to notify me [by april 1st] every year of when the ncp is planning june visitation!
and he didnt-he waited till april 21st,so now do i have to cancel my childs plans with friends and family in june that is already planned? can i tell the ncp?,no you didnt notify me like the papers say.

There is a reason that there is a deadline. When the non custodial parent does not get the dates in time for the deadline, then the custodial parent can start planning their summer. Since he was late, and he wants some time that you already have plans for; HE will have to pick different dates.

Send him a letter or whatever of your plans for the summer, and let him know since he didn't have his dates in time; he will now have to work around YOUR plans.
