What is the name of your state? Georgia

I'm a student at community College. I'm not sure on this, but I think this year they are a State college. They aren't too clear on giving us the info on that issue yet. Anyways, They are making a big deal about finding pictures on Facebook that is alcohol related. They are real big about having no alcohol on campus, and I would like to say 95% of the student bid by this rule and take their "fun" elsewhere. They are giving out warnings, that soon they will have someone check all the students that are singed on Facebook with the college assigned e-mail address, for pictures that have alcohol or drugs in them, and if you are caught with a picture of the following you can either be forced to withdraw for a few semesters or even get expelled.

Now I'm not quite sure on the laws of taking pictures off of Facebook or any web design such as Facebook and using this as legit evidence of expulsion from college, but as far as my knowledge goes (which isn't all that far) there is no law saying they can or can't do this. So let's say, I start a petition for the alcohol part saying they can't do this, would that in anyway stop this from happening? Now I can see the "expelled" thing for drugs, I agree with that part. What is the name of your state?

nope, they are wanting to do it to us students that are 21+ as well, cuz they are saying it is giving out the wrong idea about the thier college. Even if they arent 21+, what they do on thier on time, has nothing to do with the college, and they shouldn't be able to hold it against them, unless it is something realy unlawful.
