If I order something from a TV infomercial, and then call back within half an hour to cancel the order, and they tell me to call another number the next day, which I did...do they have the right to charge my credit card immediately, after I'm told the delivery will be in 3 weeks? If I refuse delivery, do I have to be stuck for 19.95 shipping it to me? This is in Ohio (company is in Ca.)
