What is the name of your state? PA

I had a DUI arrest and I am currently on probation. For my probation I just need to call my PO at the beginning of each month to check in with him and tell him I didn't get into any trouble. I am wondering if he can pee test me? I read over the forms I signed when I first met him and it says I need to abstain from alcohol/drugs, but does not say anything about being pee tested. Would I have to sign something that says he can urine test me? Or can he do it anyway?

Over the phone? ewww! That's gross!
I just had a visual on that phone call . :D

And just because it's informal probation, does mean you should try to skate .

You are being given an opportunity to go on the straight and narrow . Take it .

Since you are supposed to have learned something from your previous crime and supposed to stay clean of booze and drugs, why the concern? Are you still lushing and doping up?

I don't think it is any of your business what I am asking this question for. I am not here to defend myself from what you think is "straight and narrow". I have my own beliefs and when I want to kick back and relax I have my own t hing I would like to do. It is sick that I have to fear peeing in a cup for a year. But we sure do live in the home of the free! don't we?

what a moron. It was your own beliefs that got you convicted of a DUI in the first place.

You are given the opportunity to remain out of jail on the condition you abstain from alcohol and drugs. if you can't keep that part of the deal, go to your PO and tell him/her that you can't abide by the terms of your probation and that you want to serve out your time in jail. That way you can't be convicted of a probation violation and when your term is completed you will really be free.

Yes, I am a moron for having my own beliefs. Sorry I don't like to be told what to do. I was indangering no one the night of my DUI, not even myself. I'm not here to get into arguements with you people. I know what is good for me and what is going to hurt me. I learned a lot from my DUI and will not make the mistake again .

This is the land of the free , but our forefathers seen fit to protect its citizens from crimes , and criminals .

The simple Fact is you violated the Law and you have to pay society for your crime .

Most criminals don't like the punishment . Now as you were told serve your probation under the conditions YOU agreed to , or go serve the time and be done with it .

AHA I have learned a lot. I have learned that most of the things going on in this country is bull****. I was not drunk while I was driving, I do not even like drinking. I made a mistake of driving with things in my car. That was stupid. I have been doing all the things I am required to do for my DUI.

Do you know what the worse part is.. that I get to hear all the stories of the drunks getting out of DUIs because they know someone. Great country isn't it? It is who you know if you want to stay out of trouble. I do not believe alcohol should even be legal, look how it makes people act and what it makes people do. It is sick that alcohol is so accepted in this world and some other thing isn't.

Please do not try to tell me that I haven't learned from this experience and I am stupid or whatever you are trying to say. It is really hurting me that you people will come and bash me for a simple question. I live everyday to try and be a good person I do things so I will not hurt others, which is how everyone should live but they do not.

Then delete this whole thread, because you are only here to find ways to cheat the system and cheat your punishment!!!!!!

So...let me guess...you think alcohol should not be legal but you think pot/weed/ganja/maryjane should be legal???...Right:rolleyes: Next time leave the bong at home....it gets in the way of the wheel when you are driving:p
Oh, and don't forget to drink tons of water all the time, you never know when they might call you in and hand you a Dixie cup.
