MY parents are leaving their house to my nephew, with life use for me. My nephew is in the begining of bankruptcy.

question: Does his filing effect any personal property he will own?

**A: no, since the type and value of personal property is not mentioned, the date of ownership, the type of Chapter etc. That said, hire your own personal attorney and provide him/her the SPECIFICS.
