My father recently passed away and left my brother as personal representative. My sister and I were left specific personal items in the will. We, unfortunately, do not get along with my brother. Is he obligated under the law to ensure we receive these items? Can we request him to send these items. (We both live far away.) Also , is there a specific timeframe in which he's obligated to deliver those items to us?? Thanks
