While the others posted the correct legal advice, the reality is, who cares? If you're the only beneficiary, it is unlikely you will sue for the trustee giving you the money too soon. Convince the executor. You can't force anything. But, honey can work very well in such situations.

You don't seem to understand the picture--THERE IS NO WAY YOU ARE GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET ANY OF THIS MONEY UNTIL YOU REACH THE PROPER AGE. FORGET ABOUT THIS ROUTE. Concentrate your efforts on finding work and/or signing up with a temporary employment agency, and we wish you well on your job search.
