What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maine

My father recently passed away. My sister and I were always told that the family summer home would be ours some day. He put my sister's name on the title/deed to the property but not mine. My sister said not to worry because she would take make sure mine was added (there's only the two of us). She has since changed her mind because she wants to leave the camp to her grandson and not our grandchildren. My father did not leave a formal will. What should I do?

How was the property titled when he added your sister?

it would most likely have been either tenants in common or joint tenancy (may have stated: with rights of survivorship). or was it put in just your sisters name and your father took his name off the title?
