Once divorced, is your spouse intitled to any inheritance that you might get, say 5 years down the road?

No way. Even if still married your spouse has no right to your inheritance. Just make sure you keep it as separate property. If you buy something with it and put it in both names, it's spoiled funds. I guess the only way would be if the person you're inheriting from names you both in their will.
