I would like any information available on how to initiate a class action law suit. I need to know how to go about obtaining the records from the courts regarding all other plantiff complaints. Once I obtain the information from the courts, how do I go about contacting the other plantiffs and turning the suits into one class action suit?

The suit would be for consumer fraud and non-payment of employess. So the plantiffs would include unsatisfied customers who have already filed suit within the district, and have been awarded compensation. However, the defendant has appealed the decision of the lower court and the plantiffs are still fighting for their money. Plantiffs would also include x-employees seeking payment for wages that they have already earned, but have not been paid for.

If any information is available, please let me know.
