I was struck by several shopping carts being pushed by an employee. I guess you could say i was rear ended.ha ha. Trying to keep my sanity with dry humor. The carts were going fast enough to push me about three feet before i could get out of the way. My daughter in law was with me. She yelled at the employee, HEY!!!! CANT YOU SEE YOUR HITTING SOMEONE?????? He just waved and walked away. Luckily i did not fall down. We waited a minute or so, collected my thoughts. We walked around Walmart, i was shopping for my grand kids. It wasnt long before i decided to make a report of this, since i was feeling some pain in my back and legs, and neck. The next day i was in a lot of pain. Went to my hmo. This was March 19th. Iam still not able to do much. mri is neg. for lower back. No xrays or mri for neck!!!!! To make a long story short....I need a good lawyer. Iam in California.... Thank you
