Whilst at work my husband was digging on a building site. He went through an electric cable he should have been informed about, but wasn't.
He has been to hospital for a check up, and has to go back for observation. There has been an enquiry on the site, and he was told that by rights he shouldn't be alive today.
He does have some health problems which are connected to the injury, although I might add luckily, not life threatening. What I would like to know is, what action he should take from here,as three children could have been left fatherless. All because someone has been neglegent enough on their part, to save money by not meeting certain safety requirements.

Let me try my hand at this. "Get a Lawyer". Damn, I'm pretty good. I think I'll give the other guys a break for awhile.
