I own a home in Idaho, I have homeowners insurance with a 500.00 deductable. I had a backyard wedding at our house. At the party that evening a guest's kid was playing in the front yard with other kids when he fell and cut his knee. The dad took him to the hospital and he recieved 2 stiches. 2 weeks later he wanted me to pay for the bill. I'm i liable for the bill or does it fall on the dad to watch his kid so he does not get hurt? What if it happened across the street not on my property? Help please
