I was injured in Jan 2005 on an oil and gas drilling rig. I broke my lower left leg in several places, had compartment syndome also on the lower left leg. I had my 4th surgery Dec. 1 05 and now Workers comp have suspended my check said that I was noncompliant with there guidelines. Since Feb 05 I have attended medical appointments of some kind 4 days a week. I have done everything asked of me and I am really stumped now What do I need to do?
I hired an attorney in June and he has done nothing but send bills...Out of the 3 times my check has been stopped I have made all the calls to get it back twice and third time is now. I am trying to get my benefits reinstated but cant. Is there anything I can do to get my lawyer on the ball.
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.
