My Ex-Wife's Parents have stored a garage full of their personal property at my home for several years. Now that their Daughter and I have divorced, they are dragging out the removal of their property. I've verbally told them that it needs to be done asap. I'm not being unreasonable with the time frame thus far. It's been about 4 months since I brought up the subject but there has been no progress yet. What are the best (legal) steps for me to take to get this property removed (either by them or myself?

Send them a letter, CRRR, that they are to remove their property by 9/30/19. If the property is not removed by said date, you will consider it abandoned and dispose of it on 10/1/19.
