My son was charged with aggrevated battery with two of his friends because they did not
want to "rat" on each other. Well, my son was on probation and he was placed on a 200,000 bond and a probation hold. Now, the truth is out that he was not the one who committed the aggrevated battery, although he and one of the others did commit simple battery. In Louisiana, does a simple battery charge violate probation? And, when will his bond be reduced? It is sad
that he is depressed sitting in jail for a crime he did not commit. They were all drinking, and I want to get him help for the drinking problem and other issues he has....Can the judge help me with this instead of him sitting in jail? He is 19 years old? Thanks for the input.
